I am a member of Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association Ltd (AACMA), which is the largest professional governing body which represents Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioners in Australia. This means I have access to High Standards of continuing professional education in relation to my Acupuncture Practice.
I am a registered Acupuncture Practitioner under AHPRA, which is the National Body that regulates the 14 National Boards for the Medical and Allied Health Professions. You can confirm my registration on the AHPRA website by clicking here.
WorkCover Queensland has now included acupuncture treatment as part of there Allied Health section. This means that you now have the ability to receive treatment from a qualified and registered acupuncturist, such as myself, under WorkCover.
